What types of prints do you offer?

We offer paper prints produced from original images. Paper prints are the primary focus of this shop and the only medium offered directly through this site. For custom requests, metal or canvas prints, please fill out the contact form. 

What paper are the prints made on?

Prints are produced on premium Canon Pro Luster paper, selected for its balance of detail, color accuracy and durability. Paper options may evolve over time as materials and processes are refined. 

How are the prints made?

All paper prints are produced using a Canon ProGraph 4600 large format printer. I personally print and inspect each piece of work before it is packaged and sent to each customer. 

Are prints open or limited edition?

Unless otherwise noted, prints are offered as open editions. 

Are frames included?

Prints are sold unframed unless explicitly listed as a framed piece. 

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Order are typically printed and shipped within 3-7 business days of purchase.

What shipping method do you use?

Orders are shipped using reliable, trackable services selected based on destination and package size.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

How are prints packaged for shipping?

All prints are carefully packaged to protect them during transit and ensure they arrive in excellent condition. You will either receive an envelope style package or a tube/box style.

RETURNS & CARE

What if my print arrives damaged?

textIf your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. A replacement will be sent at no cost to you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because prints are made to order, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I'll help resolve it.

How should I care for my print?

Prints are produced on premium photographic paper and should be handled with clean, dry hands. For best longevity, avoid prolonged direct sunlight and excessive humidity.

Do you recommend framing or glass?

Framing behind UV-protective glass or acrylic is recommended to help preserve color and surface quality over time.
